REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. If we have made a error on our end then contact us via email: info@chopwiseuk.com
PLEASE NOTE: If your refund/exchange has been accepted, your item must be in the same condition you have received it as, should not be worn or used, with tags and in it's original packaging. You also need to show us proof of the purchase.
If the steps above are completed, you can contact-us or email us - we reply in less than 24 hours. If your return has been accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package(s) back to us. Items that are sent back to us without requesting a refund will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is, damaged, defective or you have received the wrong item or wrong size, so that we can help as soon as possible.
Refunds
You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return, and will message you back if it has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
