Return Policy
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Refunds & Exchanges may be made at our discretion. If you would like to make a refund/exchange please email us at: chopwiseclothing@gmail.com
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds or exchange claims made (14) Days after item is received will not be considered.
- If your claim is considered, you will have to send the item(s) to our address which will be provided. You also need to attach proof of this return via our online form.
- We unfortunately don't provide exchange labels, and will only refund you the shipping cost if we made an error on our end. If you have ordered an item.
To be eligible for a chance to be refunded / exchanged, your item must be in the same condition you have received it as, should not be worn or used, with tags and in it's original packaging. You also need to show us proof of the purchase.
If your claim is considered, you can contact-us or email us - we reply in less than 24 hours. If your return has been accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package(s) back to us. Items that are sent back to us without requesting a refund will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is, damaged, defective or you have received the wrong item or wrong size, so that we can help as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot consider returns on gift cards or any items purchased via gift cards.
Refunds
You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return, and will message you back if it has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
